This website is operated by JR Key Advisory LLC, an Oregon limited liability company (“JR Key Advisory,” “we,” “us”). These terms cover your use of jrkeyadvisory.com, including the Executive AI Alignment Diagnostic and the guides, templates, and other resources you can download here. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What this site is

This site describes our advisory services and shares our thinking on AI strategy. Using it, completing the diagnostic, downloading a resource, or scheduling a call doesn’t create a client relationship. Any engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Not professional advice

Everything on this site, including diagnostic results and downloadable resources, is general information for business leaders. It isn’t legal, financial, accounting, tax, regulatory, or compliance advice, and it isn’t tailored to your organization. Please don’t rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Decisions you make based on site content are yours.

The Executive AI Alignment Diagnostic

The diagnostic is a self-assessment. Your score reflects the answers you give and is meant to start a conversation, not to certify or rate your organization. As our Privacy Policy explains, your answers and your detailed report stay in your browser. We receive only your name, email, and overall score, and only if you submit the results form. Please don’t enter confidential or regulated information into the diagnostic.

Our content and how you can use it

The text, diagnostic, guides, templates, graphics, and design of this site belong to JR Key Advisory LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may download our free resources and use them inside your own organization. You may also share them with others, as long as you share them unchanged, keep our name and copyright notice on them, and don’t charge for them. You may not sell our materials, include them in a paid product or service, rebrand them, or present them as your own work without our written permission. Short quotes with attribution are welcome.

Some resources present frameworks developed by others. Those frameworks remain the work of their originators, and we credit them where we use them.

“JR Key Advisory” and our logo are our marks. Please don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you or your product.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use the site to break the law, submit false information or someone else’s contact details, interfere with the site’s operation or security, or collect content or data from it by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.

Third-party services and links

Scheduling runs through Calendly, and the site links to other sites such as LinkedIn. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which apply when you use them. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or availability.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Content reflects our thinking as of its publication date, and AI is a fast-moving field, so some of it may be out of date by the time you read it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, JR Key Advisory LLC won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). This section doesn’t limit liability that can’t be limited by law, and it doesn’t apply to paid engagements, which are governed by their own agreements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
